Hi, I am Lena. As a Holistic Nutritionist (MS) and Clinical Herbalist, I offer educational guidance based on your labs, genetics and current protocols. I can recommend and advise, but not prescribe.

Testing
Transparent lab pricing: I never upcharge for labs and always pass along the lowest available pricing. In some cases, a small lab processing fee may apply to cover administrative handling and order coordination.
Rupa Health LabShop
Order functional specialty tests from over 30+ popular labs such as Mosaic Diagnostics, Genova Diagnostics, Precision Analytical (DUTCH), IGeneX, and Doctor’s Data.
Feel free to order any functional test available at my Rupa Health store, no consultation is required. You get the best pricing and results released directly to you. If you need other tests not available in my Rupa LabShop, email me with your request.
Vibrant Wellness
Vibrant access is coordinated by email or signing up for a Consultation. You can choose between
- Email Consultation - Product & Testing Guidance or
- Pick My Brain || Email Support (2 Weeks) package based on your needs.
If you have done Vibrant testing in the past and need a new order - you can simply send me an email request.
Practitioner-Only Products
Some practitioner-grade products are only available directly through my practice. These products are typically recommended in specific clinical contexts and may require guidance for proper use.
These include select items such as Boluoke®, ANAC, MCS Formulas, Sayan Chaga and more.
